With 11 years experiences
in the construction field and diversified in various types of
construction, Mr Tuan has taken part in numerous projects throughout the
major cities and provinces in Viet Nam. From 2003 to 2006, as a Chief
Engineer in Obayashi-Japanese Corporation, he managed, supervised and
estimated major factory projects in the Singapore Industrial Park (Binh
Duong province) including. Takako Viet Nam Factory with total area of
10.000sqm, Kondo Textiles Viet Nam Factory with a total area of
60.000sqm, Showa Gloves Viet Nam Factory with a total area of
120.000sqm. Then he joined in Phat Dat Construction and Real Estate Corp
as a Construction Manager to develop “the Everich” 27 storeys, Complex
Building at Dist. 11, Ho Chi Minh City.
Before coming to HappyLand DC, he had worked as a Project Manager for Unicons - Coteccons Group with various projects such as Metro Vung Tau - Vung Tau City, Metro Quy Nhon - Quy Nhon City, General Electric Hai Phong Factory, United Nations International School - Ciputra, Ha Noi and many others...
