After years working at Farmers Insurance (USA), at Au Lac Capital (UK), and at Smart HR (Vietnam), as well as teaching at the Banking University of HCMC, Ms. Luong Thu Huong has founded HappyLand DC in February 2008 jointly with some of elite Vietnamese architects.

Eventhough the characteristic of a Design and Interior Construction firm is much different from a Finance firm’s; thank to the enthusiasm of youth and passion for improving living environment, Ms. Huong has been devoting most of her time to learn and to master this field.

With only 5 partners and 1 billion VND from day one, HappyLand DC had over 180 staffs and its revenue reached 110 billion VND when the firm celebrated its 3rd anniversary. That great achievement together with hundreds of finished projects of HappyLand DC from the North to the South Vietnam and cross-border projects in Laos, Cambodia and others countries are convinced arguments that the Company can establish and grows strongly in a challenging business environment.
