Graduated from HCMC University of architecture, Tien has over 9 years
experience working at HCMC. Before come to HappyLand DC, Tien worked for
5 years at HTA+ pizzini office and had his own practice in project
architect experience. He is well recognized
through high artistic and high technology residential project in Ho Chi
Minh include: Avalon, Botanic tower, Horizon tower, Garden court 1 &
2, residential development at the cresent CR5-1 at Phu My Hung town.
At the moment, Mr Tien is a pioneer Architect in Viet Nam obtaining the LEED ( Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) to apply plannings for major construction projects in Ho Chi Minh city such as Phuc Trach apartment building and Ananda Complex.
