Requirements:

• Graduated from University with a Bachelor Degree or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics.
• Working experiences in the construction / design / interior industries are a plus.
• Skills / Characteristics required:
o Strong English & Vietnamese Communications Skills
o Sales Presentation & Negotiation Skills
o Project Management Skill
o Research Skill
o Be confident, open-minded, and responsible.
o Be able to work both independently and cooperatively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The position holder is responsible for securing new business and managing relationships with existing clients. The primary responsibilities for this position are to:
• Identify and contact new potential customers in-order to generate new business.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and secure new business from these organizations.
• Prepare proposals using the Company’s template and follow up with the clients until complete handover to Project Manager.
• Maintain all contact information using the supplied Customer Relationship Management package.
• Support the Director and Vice Director of Business Development to define and develop the business and marketing strategy of HPL and on ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Note: The chosen candidate will have 2 months probation (with 80% full-time salary). During this time, he/she will work as assistant to the Director of Business Development while being trained on-the-job.


Specific Duties:

Note: Specific duties are reviewed on a regular basis to meet the needs of this dynamic, changing organization.

• Manage all phases of a business development pipeline.
• Generate, develop, qualify and track leads and opportunities.
• Identify high value growth opportunities and develop tailored client acquisition strategies.
• Deliver unique, creative and tactical solutions to meet specific prospect needs and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, with exceptional quality and timeliness.
• Job costing.
• Preparing sales reports.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the Interior Design & Construction Industry and be able to convey that expertise to prospects and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.

Compensation & Benefit:
According to company policy and very competitive within the industry.
Working Hours: Total 44 hours / week
• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m., 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m., Saturday
• Be prepared to work overtime if necessary (without Overtime Pay – All efforts will be counted and rewarded at Year-end Bonus).
